At Dragonberry®, we strive to deliver your items quickly, safely, and reliably across Australia. Please read our shipping guidelines carefully to understand our processes, delivery times, and options.


1. Shipping Methods

We partner with Australia Post to ensure your Dragonberry® items reach you efficiently.

We use Express service option for all other orders :

Delivery: 1–2 business days from despatch (extreme rural locations: 2–4 days.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors.

2. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are processed and despatched within the specified delivery time indicated on the product page. Once despatched, pre-orders take the same time to arrive as normal orders: Express: 1–2 business days (extreme rural: 2–4 days)

3. Delivery Times

All delivery estimates are based on the time from despatch/purchase, not from order placement. Depending on your location, parcels may arrive sooner or slightly later than the estimated range.

b. Regional / rural: 2–4 days (Express)

4. Shipping Fees

1-2 items $13, 2-3 items $15, 3-4 items $20, 4-5 items $25, 5-7 items $32, 7-8 items $40, 8-10 items $50.

Estimated Delivery

Express: 2–3 business days. Major metro: 1–2 days; extreme rural: +1–2 days

Shipping Fee Disclaimer

All shipping fees provided on this page are estimates only. The final freight calculation will be determined at checkout, based on the actual weight, size, and destination of your order.

Dragonberry is not responsible for minor variations between the estimated fees shown here and the final amount charged at checkout.

5. Tracking

All Dragonberry® shipments within Australia are trackable, whether you choose Express or Regular delivery.

Once your order is despatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your parcel in real time using the Australia Post tracking system here: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/

Express deliveries provide more frequent updates, while Regular deliveries may update less often. Delivery times are still estimated based on your location.

6. Important Notes

A. Dragonberry® is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost parcels once the order has been handed to Australia Post.

B. For pre-orders, delivery estimates are based on the despatch date, not order placement.

C. All orders are processed in the order received.

D. Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery addresses are accurate.
