This Gift Card Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the purchase, delivery, and use of Dragonberry® gift cards on this website (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Phynix Inc., New York, USA.

By purchasing, receiving, or using a Dragonberry® gift card from this website, you agree to be bound by this Policy, as well as our general Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy.

1. Delivery of Gift Cards

All Dragonberry® gift cards are digital gift cards.

Gift cards are delivered via email to the recipient email address provided at checkout.

Delivery is typically immediate but may take longer due to payment verification or technical delays.

Dragonberry® is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete email addresses provided by the purchaser.

2. Use of Gift Cards

Gift cards may be used only to purchase products on the website from which they were purchased.

Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

Gift cards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

3. Partial Use & Remaining Balance

If the total purchase amount is less than the gift card value, the remaining balance will stay on the gift card and may be used on future purchases until the card expires.

If the total purchase amount exceeds the gift card value, the balance must be paid using another accepted payment method.

4. Validity & Expiry

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless a longer validity period is required by applicable local law.

After the expiration date, any remaining balance will be forfeited and the gift card will no longer be redeemable.

5. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

Lost, stolen, deleted, or damaged gift cards will not be replaced or refunded.

6. Returns of Purchases Made with Gift Cards

If an item purchased using a gift card is returned, any eligible refund will be issued as store credit or returned to the gift card balance, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Shipping fees and other charges are handled according to our standard Refund Policy.

7. Fraud, Misuse & Cancellation

Dragonberry® reserves the right to refuse, cancel, suspend, or invalidate a gift card if we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized use, or a violation of this Policy or our Terms and Conditions.

We may take any action necessary to protect our customers and our brand.

8. Governing Use

Gift cards are intended for personal use only.

Commercial resale or promotional use without prior written consent from Dragonberry® is strictly prohibited.
